Motivating the Un-motivated is a process of understanding where you are currently sitting and learning how to change that state of mind to one of motivation. Motivation is having enough drive to get things done. It involves strength of character, the ability to communicate effectively, and most of all the desire to succeed. Most people who are motivated to have great energy. They talk a lot, they do a lot of fun stuff, and they seem to truly enjoy what they are doing.

There are many reasons why someone may be unmotivated. For instance, maybe they just don't feel like doing it. Maybe they don't see the need, or they just don't like taking action. Maybe you just haven't found your niche yet, or you're not seeing the big picture. Whatever the reason may be, you need to identify it, figure out how to make it happen, and then take action.

As you go through your daily routine, notice the times when you are more motivated to do things. Is it when you first get up in the morning? When you give a presentation? Or when you make dinner for your family?

The reason people are un-motivated may be that they are just not in the mood. You can always find something to motivate you, whether it is your kids your dog, or your husband or wife. All you have to do is find it. It doesn't even have to be something related to your business. Even finding your car key in the morning can motivate you to go on, as long as you are in a good mood.

A very common way to make other people more motivated is to make them involved with your business. Invite them to come along as well. Make them feel that their opinions are important. Tell them what you are doing in your business, and why it is better than everyone else's.

The key to turning people into passionate about your business is to make them feel like it is something that they cannot lose. Give them an opportunity to achieve something great for themselves. Motivating the un-motivated is as easy as this. Ask them questions about their opinion, tell them how it will make their life better, and answer every single question. If they feel like their opinion is important, they will become motivated to help you out.

When you are trying to recruit new people for your business, keep things simple. This means keeping the details simple and uncomplicated. Make it so that they don't have to do anything but sign up, and it will be easier to motivate them. They will feel confident when they are doing something that they already know is beneficial for them.

There is no secret formula to making people more motivated. It is actually your job to really find that thing and/or those things that motivates you. It may come from something that you've done in your life, or it might be something that someone else did for you. Regardless of what it is, it will help you succeed as a business owner. Try and remember all of the advice that was given to you throughout your life.

Always be willing to compromise. People will inevitably be upset with you because they feel that you don't take good care of yourself. You might be able to change your habits to better fit your lifestyle, and you owe it to yourself to do this. You cannot hold people responsible for your actions.

Many businesses fail simply because there is not enough motivated staff. Finding motivated employees is often the hardest part of running a business. It can be hard to motivate them because they are so close to being satisfied with what they are doing, but it has to be done if you want your company to last.

It is not easy to stay motivated but we can all try to

We just need to find those things that trigger our motivating spirit and always turn to them when we feel less motivated

To motivate the un-motivated we need to engage them in projects that make them feel important and part of the team as you said

If it is business, let them feel and see the need to be a part of something so great
