Another glorious and hot day today in the West Country so again I went for my daily walk as soon as possible after getting home from first shift at work.
I did a fairly standard loop of about 6.5km and although my garmin screen shot below says it was 20C I can assure you it was a lot warmer than that.
I spent the first part of the afternoon doing some online shopping as need some trail running shoes and a water bladder for my running backpack.
After that it was back to work to pick up the small people from school again. The bus was like an oven so I bought them all an ice lolly like I did last week. The rate I'm going it's going to start costing me money to go to work!
Hopefully we only have one more day of the long diversion on the bus so that will make the hot days more tolerable.
