A great way to start the week.
Awesome workout at our home studio OTF Nona North and Head Coach Mariah was her usual energetic self.
Tiffany and I had a great workout!
I was proud of some important metrics that have been too long in getting back to, but I’m remaining patient.
My OTBEAT HEART RATE MONITOR RESULTS:
Almost 700 calories and 14 splats burned! I’m getting more consistent getting those type of numbers
ZONES:
I almost hit 500 watts of power on the rower and maxed at 15mph which has been a long time getting to that again. Heading in the right direction 🙏🏼
My fastest speed in days on the treadmill went up to 8.1 Miles Per Hour and still working on getting back to 9 plus with occasional 10, 11 and 12 mph ALL OUT.
Got in 2.3 miles in about 24 minutes plus. I’ll take that!
On the floor I went with 35 pound dumbbells on a few floor block and stood at 20 and 25’s depending on my left shoulder side.
Moving up rest day to tomorrow 👍🏽
