12 Pounds Down- My Actifit Report Card: March 13, 2023

Well I didn’t get the same massive number of steps as the 23K the day before, but 12k steps still isn’t bad. It’s really just the way my work schedule lays out. I am already over 10k just from midnight to the current time of 5am.

I am also happy to report that I have dropped 12 pounds in the last 2 weeks just from working!

Anyway, I guess this is how I am interacting with Hive for a while. I am going to get caught up eventually with some messages and such, but these 14-16 hour days have been a bit nuts.

You’re doing well and @acesontop is right, my wife and I have kicked the carbs out and we’re feeling better.

There better be some gain because there is a hell of a lot of pain, lol.

Keep it up. Oh, and my personal word of advice: cut some carbs out of your diet, it will help a lot.

Hell I have been burning everything, lol. But yeah, diet is the next thing to get straight, lol.
